The Artist: Chris Dodds was a skilled Scottish glassmaker who founded the Tweedsmuir Glass studio in the Scottish Borders in 1993, after previously working for the well-known Selkirk Glass.

The Design: This specific design features a naturalistic, rock-like green mineral formation at the base with a central burst of controlled bubbles rising into the clear glass.

Collectibility: Pieces retaining their original studio label are highly sought after by collectors of Scottish art glass. Since the studio is no longer operating, these pieces are highly valued as finite vintage collectibles.
